Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Special-order items are custom-arranged upon request and cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed.

In-Town Deliveries

  • For local deliveries, our team will contact you directly by phone to schedule a delivery date and time.
  • Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that you are available to receive calls.
  • We make reasonable efforts to accommodate scheduling requests, including rescheduling when necessary.

Out-of-Town Shipments

  • Orders outside our local delivery area are shipped via a third-party carrier.
  • Tracking information will be provided by email once the order has been shipped.
  • Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination.

Delivery Requirements

  • Customers must be available to accept delivery at the agreed date and time.
  • Failure to respond to scheduling attempts or missed delivery appointments may result in delays and additional charges.

Refusal of Delivery

  • Refusing delivery for reasons such as change of mind or personal preference is considered buyer’s remorse.
  • Refused deliveries do not qualify as cancellations or returns.

Restocking Fees & Returns

  • Approved returns (if applicable) are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
  • Special-order items may be final sale or non-returnable, at our discretion.
  • Delivery and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Failed Delivery

  • If delivery cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or refusal:
    • The order may be subject to additional delivery fees for reattempts.
    • A 25% restocking fee may apply if the item is returned to inventory.

Shipping Delays

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather, or transit issues.
  • Such delays do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.
