Furniture Depot has temporarily closed for in-store shopping. Our online store is open for business 24/7. 

To ensure the safety of our Customers and The Furniture Depot team we have taken the following steps:

  • Staff who have been travelling or are feeling unwell remain at home for a minimum of 14 days
  • Delivery team will be wearing gloves
  • Delivery team will be using hand sanitizer before and after each delivery
  • Delivery team will be wearing face masks
  • Furniture Depot has increased the frequency of equipment cleaning

 We will continue to maintain our business operations by:

  • Servicing and processing all online orders and inquiries.
  • Continuing to update our clients on the status of their current orders.
  • Continuing to provide our clients with top quality service and status updates on delivery from our team.
  • Allowing our office team and design associates to work from home to ensure you are well taken care of every step of the way.
  • Updating our showroom hours via our website and social channels.
  • Being available by email 24/7 at info@furnituredepot.ca

 

If you currently have a delivery or pick up scheduled, or are looking to book a delivery or pick up, please email cathy@furnituredepot.ca to confirm the approximate time of the delivery or to book a scheduled pick up time.

 

Are you able to ship orders with the travel restrictions?

We are constantly receiving new product and can’t wait to share it with you. Currently, our regular deliveries from our vendors are shipping to Furniture Depot Warehouse and we will continue to update you on the status of this.

 

Is furniture from the United States, Asia and Europe safe?

According to Health Canada, products from countries experiencing a COVID-19 outbreak do not pose a risk. We will continue to follow the recommendations of the Public Health Agency of Canada and will keep you informed of any developments so you can shop with peace of mind.
